As a natural-born leader and protector, Ian joined the United States Marines. He conducted several high-threat protection operations in the middle east, United States, and Ukraine, including providing close security for high-ranking Department of Defense officials and serving as a Team Leader in the Marine Expeditionary Unit.
Ian obtained certifications in surveillance and surveillance detection as well as covert protection from Executive Security International as part of a never-ending pursuit of knowledge. He added on an extensive variety of additional training, such as the First Responder, Lifeguard, Scuba, and Green Belt certifications, to further hone his adaptability and courage in any given situation.
